We are extremely confident in our quality, if your product/s have arrived damaged in any way we will refund your order or exchange the item for a brand new product! If you are unsure whether you will be satisfied with your purchase before purchasing, contact us via email (bulk@jerseynationcustoms.com).

Unfortunately custom jerseys are not eligible for returns or exchanges. 

PLEASE NOTE: This policy does not cover misuse, accidental damage, incorrect input of size, water damage, or any abuse of the purchased product. If any packages never arrive due to the input of an incorrect address on your part, we are not responsible and cannot refund your order. Shipping labels are copy & pasted from your input.
